1.1 Public Access to Information: 

A. The cemetery is committed to protecting the privacy of its Interment Right Holders. We collect, use, and disclose personal information as required by Federal, State and Municipal legislation. We do not rent or trade personal information lists. Individuals may request their personal information in writing at any time to ensure that it is current or to edit it. 

B. Aspen Grove Cemetery maintains a public register that is available to the public during regular office hours. The public register is also viewable on our website.
